[CCE] [Feature request] cce_cluster should return all created security group

Expected Behavior

flexibleengine_cce_cluster_v3 should return all Security Groups that have been automatically created by CCE :

• mycluster-cce-node-xxxxx
• mycluster-cce-control-xxxxx

Actual Behavior

security_group_id attribute only returns mycluster-cce-node-xxxxx ; thus it makes it impossible to manage mycluster-cce-control-xxxxx
