Data source listing

With API users able to filter data by source id (see #543), they can only found out which source ids are available by hovering over data in charts. We'd like to have a dedicated listing of available data sources in the UI, too.

Technically, it would be nice to offer this as an API endpoint first. Then we can add the UI listing on top later.
