Fix bug with user not being able to see himself

Now a user can't access his page (users/user.id) due to https://github.com/FlexMeasures/flexmeasures/blob/main/flexmeasures/ui/crud/users.py#L117 This line should be probably removed but we need to check that other account non admin users can't see other users pages
