Why have reviews as part of the process if every PR is perfect?

Conversely, an achievement for no PR approvals in the last N reviews. Why invite contributions if nobody else is capable of meeting your standards?

Another person mentioned "LGTM" comments on pull requests, maybe bring that in?

"The Auditor - Comment LGTM on 100 pull requests within 1 minute of opening."
