[1.12.2] [1.1.9] Unable to create a pumpjack

Pumpjack is not transform in multiblock. Projector highlight structure with green but when I right click the proper block with hummer nothing happens.

I finally create it. But it took to press this block many times from different sides.

I had the same issue.... and it fixed itself the same way... but I had to find this thread first... and try it a lot
