robosurgeon visual bug

it seems every time i open the robosurgeon GUI, once it has finished the whole x-ray amination, this happens to the game: http://imgur.com/a/FPJyk and this also carries on to every other gui, screen, etc in the game, even in the main menu and the only way i've found to remove it is restarting the game.

Same issue on my friend game, he is using Optifine, and an integrated graphics card. I was running optifine too, but didn't had the issue.

Does it occur with optifine removed?
