Health Upgrade is not syncing across Dimensions/End

I've just entered The End and my hearts have returned to normal, help!

Okay it seems like it's an issue with the HUD, whenever I enter a different dimension I have to update my health for it to show the correct amount.

This is one of those weird bugs that crops up everywhere- Botania, Thaumcraft, even Gulliver Reborn.
