[1.10.2] Metabolic generator doesn't use saturation first

That image should explain it all, uses normal hunger before saturation, painful.

I made a pull request to fix this issue, with a number that looking back I think does half of the current food loss, but that can easily be changed after it's merged since it's just one number.
