Feature Request: lava and water fog sliders

I like the minecraft fog but appreciate being able to see things, so i have my fog set to be the same as my render distance in all dimensions. I would appreciate if there was a fog setting for lava and water fog too, since its incredibly hard to see underwater without using a different mod to disable all types of fog entirely, which i think looks sort of ugly and bland. thank you in advance.
