Vanilla fog can't be changed with resource pack

What happened?

I try many resource pack that change how vanilla fog look like (most of them are lava fog). But none of them gonna work when using Sodium Extra. Bonus: Some mod affect fog also doesn't work with sodium extra.

Can you provide said resource pack for debugging said issue? I don't think this is actually a Sodium Extra issue. Sodium does replace the fog shader code, which is why they don't support core shader modifications. Possibly test this with only Sodium to rule out if it's this mods fault.
