[Feature Request] Add planar fog toggle

Could you add a toggle for planar fog? It helps in improving visibility in areas like the Nether without completely removing the fog. I have seen this option in MrMangoHands' fork of Sodium and thought that it would fit nicely into this mod.

I am aware of the fog distance slider, but I just thought this would be a nice feature to have.
