Just see a white sky using iris shader

Open CrissJoe343 opened this issue 1 year ago • 4 comments

Bug Description

When I use a shader that does not use clouds or change the sky, when using FSB the sky turns completely white, however, this does not happen when night falls, at night it looks completely fine together with shaders but not during the day. Sorry if the message is not understood well, English is not my native language.

System Details

Minecraft Version: 1.21 Iris: 1.7.0 Shader: RenderPearl (The error also happens with several shaders)

Please, if there is any way I can solve it, I would greatly appreciate it, or if possible, an update that improves this would be great, since most shaders do not change the sky like texture packs.

Sorry if this is very annoying.

This is not a bug as far as I can tell, the shader's day time sky is simply too bright. Try lowering the brightness if there's an option to do so.

I have already tried to lower the brightness from the shader settings but that does not remove the white sky, this problem does not only occur with this shader or the texture pack, it happens with several, I tried to lower the brightness with other shaders but it still remains white .

Here it is with BSL and works perfectly fine, you just gotta play around with the settings. 2024-06-28_22 48 56 2024-06-28_22 48 49 2024-06-28_22 49 01

Sorry for the late response, but does this still occur with the latest version of RenderPearl?
