[Feature Request] Create new Data Pack from the Game Data Browser

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A data pack is automatically created when a curation is imported, but there is no easy way to create a new data pack for an existing entry in the launcher.

Describe the solution you'd like In the Game Data Browser, besides the Import Data button, there should also be "Create Data Pack from Folder" button, or something similar. It should allow the user to select a content folder. After the user selects the folder, the launcher should zip the folder using Bluezip and attach the new data pack to the game.

Describe alternatives you've considered It would be even better if the user also had the ability to drag and drop. Dropping a zip file onto the Game Data Browser would attach (import) it to the game as a data pack. Dropping a folder would automatically zip it, create a new data pack and attach the data pack to the game.
