Add "Open save data location" context menu option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now there is no easy way to find or delete save data for a particular game when there is no option in-game to do so. This means we have to either resort to external tools such as nosamu's SWF Save Data Locator tool, or look for the files manually in Explorer, which is pretty tedious.

Describe the solution you'd like The cleanest solution I can think of would be to have an Open save data location context menu option next to the already present Open file location option that would open Explorer to the appropriate save data location based on the launch command, similar to the aforementioned tool.

Describe alternatives you've considered As I'm not too knowledgeable on how technologies other than Flash store their save data, I don't know if the same method can be used for those. An alternative would be to simply open the general location of save data not necessarily associated with the selected game, and manually find the file(s) from there.

This seems like a great idea for a launcher extension, if the extension API provides everything necessary for it
