Update Romanian translation

Hi,

The Romanian translation has not been updated in a while on this repo here, however there were some changes on Crowdin since. Here's a pull request to assist you guys in updating it.

How come you've missed the updates for so long? Ever since I suggested that .LOCALENAME update, the Romanian translation has not been updated.
