UX of adding bookmark with tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Now, if I want to add bookmark with tags, I need to open a new tab to do that(open illust page or with right click extension), this is a bad UX I think.

Describe the solution you'd like

With right click extension, open a page on coverLayer that similar to original bookmark adding page. Maybe show candidated self tags that similar to illust tags below, not all self tags.
