IP addresses not added to container

Either the slave node's management utility (containermanager) or the panel is having an issue with adding container IP addresses.

Should be located in natCP/slave/containermanager or natCP/web/admin/functions.php. If the problem is in the functions file, the reinstall function will need to be fixed in the user management side.
