Changes

Adds an initial set of contexts for Claude Code to efficiently parse the codebase as well as use our WIP mcp server.

  • Perform standard tasks like RTK integrations
  • Create feature flags straight from Claude

How did you test this code?

Validated that Claude can get and set feature flags and it chooses the appropriate project.
