Integrate with Datadog Triggers

Datadog has an actions catalog for native actions that can be triggered from their workflows.

We should look into implementing some native actions for Flagsmith. For now, I suspect that this should be just:

• [ ] enable/disable flag for environment
• [ ] enable/disable flag for segment

In the meantime, we should look into writing a guide, and/or article for integrating with Flagsmith using the built-in HTTP action as seen here.
