Compare environments: Apply feature(s) from 1 environment to another

As a user comparing environments I would like to be able to apply the state of a one or more features from 1 environment to another.

This would need to apply all of the following

• The feature state value
• The mv configuration
• Segment overrides

Also worth considering, we might want to just apply certain aspects, so perhaps a list of checkboxes with

• value
• enabled state
• mv rules
• segment overrides

Casting a vote for this one 👍 This would cut down on a lot of manual time (and source of potential user error) in our deployment and launch workflows.
