Currently the Jira integration maps Jira Projects > Flagsmith Projects one-to-many.

Customers might have multiple Flagsmith projects but one JIRA instance. In this case, we want to give customers the ability to map one JIRA instance to one Flagsmith Org. When this option is selected, we would need to have a second drop down, which is to select the project and then the feature flag.
