Surface password requirements on signup / dynamic validation

Currently, new customers can only understand the password requirements after they submitted a bad password.

Describe the solution you'd like.

In the signup form, we need either one of, or both:

• Dynamic password validation — indicate whether the password is OK as the user types it out.
• List the password requirements explicitly.
