Update HTML emails to include Flagsmith logo and styling

Current HTML emails are simple tables with no styling or logos. See below.

These should be replaced to include a Flagsmith logo as well as a nice font and other styling elements.

Since we have multiple existing HTML emails in the core Flagsmith app, consider finding a way to make a reusable template so that the styling logic would be centralized in one place.

I think we should seriously consider plain text emails. I hate HTML emails!
