Would be cool to be able to tag:

  • [ ] Segments
  • [ ] Change Requests
  • [ ] Schedules
  • [ ] Identities?

We will need to consider how tags are made visible at the environment level. Should we have a completely separate model, or perhaps just add visibility options to the exact project-level tags.
