Allow a more granular view on the Usage Report under Organisation Settings

Current view shows total requests per type per day. You can see the variation across the week/month but there is not way to check peak hours.

Add the option to see per day (5min samples should be fine but maybe also 1min)

The main idea is that users should be able to see their traffic per hour.

This will need some scoping to determine what is feasible. We need to consider what data we currently keep across influx and postgres-backed analytics. @gnumoreno can you set up some time to go through this with @gagantrivedi and scope it out.
