Add Support for Horizontal Pod Autoscale(HPA)

We recently had an incident on our Flagsmith because it was not properly autoscaling with memory/cpu usage.

Please add support for HPA on the flagsmith-charts

Hello Thiago. Sorry to hear about an incident. Can you elaborate on the exact issue you encountered? If possible, can you share your HorizontalPodAutoscaler manifest and Helm values file so we can properly reproduce the issue you're having?
