Mystery Gift Japanese Gen 6 Bugs

Describe the bug Recently I got into PKSM, on my American Copies things are going well but on my Japanese Y Version for some reason two events aren;t showing up correctly. Firstly is the Japanese Hiroshima Shiny Gyrados Event. For some reason my cards say "Thank you for picking up your gift" even though I never even picked it up yet. Then there's also the Arceus event where both silk scarf Arceus' arent' shiny

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Mystery gift
2. Click on Number 81 or 123 for Arceus or 94 for the shiny Gyardos
3. Go to Mystery gift cards in pokemon Y and it'll say that you've already received the pokemon
4. See error

Expected behavior I Expected to be able to pick up my Gyardos but I dunno why the game assumes I already have it Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
