Gift pokemon bug

I just got PKSM today. And was having no issues injecting gift pokemon for S/M. Or US/UM. But with X, I was able to inject 10+ gift at the same time at first, But now when I go into the game, I only am able to get 1 at a time. The delivery person says they have no more gifts to deliver, despite injecting more than that. So I try again and same result. I started doing it with Soul silver now and it is doing the same thing.
