Document IResourceResolver, MultiResolver etcetera.

To my surprise, I could not find documentation about IResourceResolver and the implementations shipping with the SDK. Maybe double check it really is not there and then write that section. We should refer to it from the new validation pages, but probably also from the terminology and FHIR Packaging pages.
