[BUG] Cloning a header and remove original header-line removes also cloned Line

Describe the bug I create a Rule and put it into a group. Then i clone the rule and edit the cloned rule. Make some changes there (regex, heder-content) and change the group it belongs to.

The cloned rule exists is different from the original rule. it is also in the new group.

deleting the original rule removes also the cloned rule and it's group.
