Getting "failed to import"

Preface: im not hip with trouble shooting techniques. If there is any more information, or debug techniques I could use to reveal whats going on, let me know.

Importing in "User Defined Language v2.1.0.12" from NP++ v7.5.6 32bit on win7 64bit returns a pop up OK prompt stating "Fail to import".
