Most of our hosting agreements limit us to running non-commercial services. Hosting would need to be renegotiated.
I know the api timeout is 300s. The main issue is `www` should not be such a long timeout.
I have tweaked the ticket title to include Apache. Currently apache's global timeout is set to `Timeout 300`. `Timeout` directive sets many underlying apache timeouts if not explicitly set.

Mapnik supports generating WebP natively.
Wiped via ``dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=1M status=progress`` in recovery mode.
Powered down in prep for removal.
It would awesome to also get ARM64 support for Debian.
