Camera angle, Draw Distance, Cop Density

Hey there,

i just wanted to bring up a few suggestions, on how to make this work ever better. Thanks to his Hook, I can finally play MM2 in 3440x1440. But at high speeds, the camera-angle is terribly low: So my first suggestion would be to make the default camera-angles changable.

Also it would be nice, if one could increase the draw distance and the cop density of the map (how many cop cars are there)
