Poor selection of graphics adaptor

On a laptop where windows/desktop is running using the CPU, there is an option to have fullscreen applications run using the discrete GPU using the nvidia control panel. This dosn't work for MM2 and the game will select the CPU with no user choice. Excerpt from mm2.log:
