Publish to Maven Central from Gradle

After migration to Gradle, the publish to the Sonatype snapshot repository works, but maybe some additional changes are needed for publishing to Maven Central. Verify and if necessary address this when publishing the first alpha or beta version(s) of Jaybird 5 to Maven Central.
