firebird FB 6.0.0.1050 x64 installation fails (32bit was OK)

I can see the problem. vcruntime140_1.dll has never been shipped but the dependency exists, at least in instsvc.exe. But for some reason the error has never appeared. On my system the library is in system32. No idea how it got there, though. So that explains why I could not reproduce the error. Howerve on a fresh W2K2022 server it does not exist and I could easily reproduce the error.

I've looked through my archive of builds for FB5 and FB6 and it is clear that the dependency has always existed and we have never shipped the library with the kits, so this is not a new breakage, afaict.

I guess the solution is to just ship it.

The fix should be in the next snapshot. If all is well, I will backport this to Fb5.
