Script in attached file crashes Firebird 1.5. Checked on LI-V6.3.0.4290 (SS), WI-W6.3.0.4306 (both SS and CS). Pre-release LI-V1.5.0.4288 (CS) don't crash on RH8, but I can't recall story of this binary, perhaps I built it myself with extended stack. The same query from rdb$database is enough to crash, but it too long to post here directly.
