Add polymerfire storage elements

It would be useful if there were an element that allowed you to view a storage location (similar to the look and feel of the Google Drive page). And an element that allows you to upload one or more files to a storage location.

There have already been made multiple pull requests to address this issue, however somehow no merge is happening. For reference see #69 and #30 , and this #10 discussion. As a workaround, I can recommend this branch, I have been testing it and for me it works just fine.

@stemuk probably has something to do with the move to Polymer 2.0. Which I'm not liking the way it's going so far, but they're not done yet so I'm suspending judgment for now.
