[Win 10 MS Edge] typing after paste goes before the pasted text

foo now copy something to the clipboard, e.g. "+" now go to start of a line, press Ctrl+V, then Space. you should get: + foo what you get on MS Edge 20.10240.16384.0 (Windows 10) is: +foo actually not just at start of line, anywhere. and not specific to Space, any typing after paste goes before the text (despite cursor showing after the pasted text).

Happens also with non-rich-text firepad. Does NOT happen on codemirror.net => firepad specific? Does not happen on Win 10 IE 11 (nor Chrome).
