Add support for Drum-Specific Custom Resources

  • Filenames.txt has new filenames specified for the drum textures being "x_---drum" and 5---_dbass for double kick. Feel free to change the filenames.
  • LoadCustomResources can detect the new filenames
  • Note.cs now has a new NoteType DBass used specifically for tracking double-kick notes for visual purposes
  • Double-Kick notes are now Red. No toggle to return them to default yet.
