An event was found but no note was found there

I created a chart file to play on Beatstar. When I encrypted the chart file, it noticed "an event was found at offset 76256, but no comments were found". Therefore, I checked my chart file and found that offset 76256 does not exist, final offset was 64248 and length was 456, offset 76256 I couldn't find it anywhere, please help me image image

Open up the .chart file in notepad and see if there's an event at the offset there that the application isn't letting you scroll to.
