[SUGGESTION] Reply with tag using slash command/context menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In our server, we still frequently use fire tag or fire dtag because of the inability for the slash commands to specify a user to ping or a message to reply to.

Describe the solution you'd like An option in tag slash commands to specify either a user or a message to reply to, and/or a context menu option in the "Apps" menu on messages to reply with a specific tag.
