[BUG] Bot prevents from changing nickname when a badname is in place

Describe the bug The bot prevents you from changing the nickname if the name is moderated by auto de-hoist or auto de-cancer even if the changed Nickname follows the de-hoist and de-cancer rules.

To Reproduce

1. Enable /autodehoist and /autodecancer
2. Find someone whose username is under moderation
3. Attempt to manually change their nickname to something valid

Expected behaviour The bot changes the nickname to something readable (and not just the default bad name even though it just uses fancy letters) and allows you to change it to a nickname that is permissible if the user asks to change it
