Start menu tray also triggered

When using below settings 'Run' also trigger start menu to open.

can you please clarify how the start menu opens

When I override the default Run shortcut of Win + R it also trigger start menu to open. image

i cant reproduce

I can reproduce by closing with the x and then doing another Win-R and starting to type

pretty sure this is just quick tapping of Win + R that made it like you opened both
