Crash when in use of Shader and performance mods

Bug Description

I keep finding that when I use Embiddium with Oculus, and Emf (Entity Model Features) It will crash the game while attempting to enter the create new world in the menu with the crash report stating these mods as issues but upon removal of these mods the game crashes all the same.

Reproduction Steps
