Thumbnail after upload if fromServer is true does not show

When fromServer prop is true on a thumbnail of a file that was just uploaded, the thumbnail is not updated despite fineuploader saying it is attempting to upload. I have verified the success end point is returning the thumbnailUrl. When refreshing the page after the upload, the thumbnail appears.
