Add comment to clarify a translation string

The string Whether to show a small nudge towards the contribution dialog is really hard to translate by itself because it lacks context, and the word nudge isn't commonly used, so it might not have a common translation in all languages.

Could add a comment for translator please, as you did with other strings ? Maybe a link to screenshot would be even better.

In this case the nudge is the dot on the icon. It's probably better to just change the string to something else, but I'm not entirely sure to what, I'm open to suggestions :)
