[1.21.1] Item don't drop when using a pickaxe or the wrench

Describe the bug As the title said, when you use a wrench or a pickaxe on any pipe organs they don't drop, so you have to craft another one

To Reproduce Place it on a steam engine and try to mine it / using the wrench

Expected behavior Mining it he should drop itself or recover when using the wrench

i wrote it in the title it was 1.21.1 (i forgot i created this)

i've retested in minecraft neoforge 1.21.1 and the bug of item not dropping still occur
