Feature Request: Add Support for Scheduled Messaging

Hello, developers!

Firstly, I want to say thank you for creating and maintaining a project as excellent as Bark Server. As a user, I've been appreciating its clear value proposition and user-friendly interface.

I am reaching out to propose a new feature that could enhance the functionality and usability of the Bark Server: Scheduled Messaging. This capability is like the one currently done by ntfy.sh that allows users to schedule and send messages at specific times.

Here's a brief explanation of my vision for this feature:

  1. Time specification: Users should be able to specify the time at which they want a specific message to be sent. This could be done in various time formats to cater for different users.
  2. Repeatable schedules: It would be useful if users could also set repeatable schedules, such as daily or weekly.
  3. Timezone considerations: Given that users may be global, the feature should be able to handle different time zones.
  4. Notifications for scheduled messages: Users could have an overview of their scheduled messages and receive notifications when a message is about to be sent or has been sent.

By implementing scheduled messaging, the Bark Server could increase its user base and meet the needs of those who require automated, scheduled communication. This feature will particularly be helpful for reminders, status updates, or any message that needs to be sent at fixed intervals or a specific time.

I hope you'll consider this request and I'm happy to contribute more to this idea if needed.

Thank you and looking forward to your positive response.

Best regards,
