Migrate the jekyll Origami Website to eleventy

We may want to create a whole new website, once we've had the conversation about what the Origami Website should actually look like and contain. Until then, let's speed up our builds and make it easier to run locally by doing a straight 1:1 conversion from jekyll to eleventy
